This role requires someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and technically savvy.

- Leads, monitors, and supervises organizations and their respective employees with execution of healthcare solutions.
- Assist with annual renewal applications during the open enrollment period.
- Support annual renewal production goals.
- Assist and support colleagues with new and existing client needs.
- Learn, embrace and utilize technology solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell new/renewal accounts alongside other departments.
- Perform special projects at management's request.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience with larger accounts
- Project management experience
- Process development
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience.
- Health & Life License preferred
Additional Information:
- Must be willing to travel as required - few times a year
