POSITION SUMMARY
Seabrook Technology Group are looking for a confident and experienced marketing leader who has a proven track record with driving lead generation campaigns within a global B2B SaaS business and preferably understands the Life Science and medical manufacturing industry too. As a result of our continued growth, we need a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team (who are based in both the USA and in Colombia) through a rapidly evolving expansion period. You will need to have experience in managing teams and developing talent.
As a well-rounded marketer with proven ability to build and deploy robust, multi-channel marketing plans, you will have strong analytical skills alongside a creative flair. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY Experience
Previous experience in a Marketing Manager/ Senior Marketing Manager role working on developing and also implementing 360-degree B2B marketing strategies on a global scale for a SaaS focused company.
Experience with managing staff.
Required Knowledge/Skills and Education.
Educated to a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree level in Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline.
Previous experience in a SaaS business, driving marketing strategy and execution.
Ability to develop relationships at senior management and C-suite-Level.
Excellent communication and people management skills, with emotional intelligence and listening skills.
Excellent analytical, data analysis capabilities and project/program management skills.
You should have an enthusiastic personality with a keen sense of curiosity, be driven to find out what drives our customers’ decision-making processes and to analyse the results of the campaigns that are implemented by you and your team with the view to always be reviewing and optimising.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing
Develop the overarching SaaS marketing strategy and plan to generate an increasing flow of qualified New Logo leads to fuel both short-term and long-term growth, leveraging a variety of demand generation approaches including account-based marketing, email, paid media, events, webinars, etc.
Be confident in front of the camera as we require someone to present and manage our recorded webinars, as well as customer video case studies and other audio-visual elements used in social tools.
Manage and grow the marketing team (currently 2 to 3 people) and the specific functions that they perform within the marketing organisation. Conduct weekly One-on-Ones, Quarterly and Annual Reviews and set both job specific and personal growth objectives for them to achieve.
Own and develop the relationships with our Vendor Marketing Teams (Primarily Siemens and Tulip) in all global regions where we have reseller agreements with them. The objective, firstly, is to ensure that we have MDF funds available to use for lead generation and marketing enablement campaigns which are co-funded 50:50 by the vendor. Secondly, we are committed to forming strategic, closeknit relationships with our Vendor partners so that we can access other resources (people, information and opportunities) that will help drive our business further in the quickest timeframe possible.
Analyse all aspects of marketing campaigns spend and optimising for better ROI. Testing, optimising and improving consistently.
Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team and executive leadership based on data analysis and market trends. Build weekly reports for CEO and other C-level management.
Build marketing funnel and attribution models such as Multi-touch attribution and have experience working with lead scoring.
Work with Consulting and Sales to cultivate reference accounts for products and services; identify customer success stories and work with marketing team to create appropriate case studies and collateral
Oversee marketing operations and process improvements that will drive effective lead management and improved lead quality. Be responsible for the strategy behind Seabrook’s marketing data management, including data volume, list uploads, segmentation, third-party data enrichment and data cleanliness.
Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood and used by our sales, customer success and marketing teams.
Stay abreast of market trends to drive topics for webinars and whitepaper strategies.
Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by Sales to highlight benefits of our services to our customers.
Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new customer acquisition & sales revenue.
Travel Required:
Should be prepared to travel throughout the globe to produce client case studies and testimonials as well as attend relevant conferences, if required: up to 30%
