Technical Lead (IICS) | About You
As a Technical Lead (IICS), you are responsible for acting as a liaison between the developers and the client. You have clear communication, understanding, and the ability to drive project vision and goals. You take the initiative to build relationships, learn new business processes, and identify process improvement opportunities. Your ability to drive technical discussions, provide guidance, and architect robust data pipelines is essential for achieving strategic data objectives.
Technical Lead (IICS) | Day-to-Day
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to enhance the existing technology through an understanding of the application landscape, including leading the implementation and optimization of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Microsoft Azure Fabric data stack.
- Coordinate with product owners, program managers, and onshore & offshore teams to ensure alignment of technical initiatives with project goals and objectives.
- Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements, with a specific focus on optimizing data pipelines and leveraging cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, architect and design robust data pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic data objectives.
- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
- Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Technical Lead (IICS) | Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on technical expertise with exposure to Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning.
- Experience leading the implementation and optimization of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Microsoft Azure data stack is required.
- Solid experience with SQL, CI/CD pipeline, GitHub, AWS or Azure, and Python or Power BI is required.
- Experience with Lambda, Redshift, and CloudFormation.
- Background in managing several projects simultaneously while meeting timely deadlines.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
- Financial or Banking industry experience is a bonus!
