You will work closely with our development, operations, and customer success teams to design, implement, and optimize seamless integrations between ServiceNow and our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom integrations between ServiceNow and our platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Continuously optimize integration processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, incorporating them into our integration strategy.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow Platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations regarding App development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bonus Skills:
- ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
- Experience with other ITSM tools or enterprise software platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
