You'll lead our QA team, driving excellence in testing processes and methodologies to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Plan, prioritize, and delegate testing tasks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of releases.
- Define and maintain quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure and improve product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and advocate for quality-driven solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing, to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance QA methodologies, tools, and workflows.
- Experience Benchmarking and automating performance testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a QA leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
