Job Description
We seek an accomplished leader with specialized experience in Post-Secondary Education to bolster our team's capabilities and enhance our client offerings in this domain. The Post-Secondary Domain Lead is a pivotal role within Resultant's Education Practice. This position entails overseeing the post-secondary education domain, collaborating closely with the Practice Lead to drive growth, manage projects, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role combines strategic leadership, practice management, client engagement, and team development, making it integral to the overall performance of the Education Practice.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients' post-secondary engagements with Resultant, leveraging your expertise to drive value and deliver excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES Your key responsibilities will include:
Deeply understanding the post-secondary landscape, higher education organizational structure, and technological ecosystem to drive the success of the post-secondary education domain by developing and executing strategic plans.
Collaborating with the Practice Lead and other Education Practice Domain Leads to align domain-specific strategies with the overall goals of the Education Practice.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the domain and acting as a strategic advisor and solution architect, offering insights into the client's current technology infrastructure, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborating with clients to identify innovative solutions and recommendations that align with Resultant's objectives and the client's needs.
Overseeing and managing projects within the domain to ensure successful execution, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
Providing guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Maintaining confidentiality while offering support to clients in navigating complex issues related to people, processes, or technology.
Staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client outcomes.
Contributing to create thought leadership materials and representing the company at industry events.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Managing the financial aspects of client engagements, including invoicing, forecasting, and budget oversight.
Ensuring contract compliance and managing all contractual agreements and renewals.
Cultivating client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Leading business development initiatives, including responding to RFPs, identifying strategic partnerships, and driving competitive differentiation.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
At least 5 years of leadership experience working within the post-secondary education sector.
Proven track record of driving growth and managing multiple projects within the post-secondary education domain.
Knowledge of higher education programs and policies (preferred).
Familiarity with state agencies and governing bodies in the post-secondary education domain (preferred).
Technical proficiency, data literacy, and a quick aptitude for learning new technologies.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
Previous experience in consulting (a plus).
Exceptional professionalism and communication and collaboration skills.
