RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW
- Hire, coach, and develop top Sales Managers in an assigned geography.
- Plan and facilitate one sales meeting per month.
- Understand and train on Arbor's builder software package.
- Help maintain and develop partner relationships including realtors and vendors.
- Work with Sales Managers to help develop and implement community marketing plans to draw traffic into communities and to supplement corporate-driven marketing campaigns.
- Maintain rapport with homeowner by communicating progress, and resolving homeowner concerns when necessary.
- Understand all contract documents, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing company training programs, attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
- Build excitement around the process of changing homeowners' lives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in sales and/or business development is required.
- Experience working in the home building industry is highly desired but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a sales team preferred.
- Experience and ability to recruit, inspire, motivate, and train sales professionals to be successful.
- Experience setting goals and achievement strategies for individuals and the team as a whole.
- Ability to manage a diverse group of individuals.
- Ability to handle conflict productively and effectively with the highest integrity.
- Ability to be on-call one weekend per month.
