Logik.io is seeking a strong and energetic individual to step into our People Operations Specialist role. The position is demanding and is fit for someone with an impressive work ethic. You will need to have strong initiative and drive to succeed here at Logik. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the People Operations Specialist will collaborate with other Corporate Operations - Finance and People teams, employees and candidates. This role will support Logik during a rapid growth phase and is a great opportunity for an individual to start or further build on a career in Human Resources. The possibilities are endless if you have the drive. Most importantly, this position will help us continue to build a positive, collaborative and constructive culture at Logik. This role will require you to be in our Deerfield, IL office 3-4 days a week.

Logik.io provides what we call a “Commerce Logic Engine”- a solution enabling businesses to sell their products and services more effectively through direct sales teams and digital commerce channels with more guided, flexible, and interactive selling experiences. Responsibilities
- Help with Talent Acquisition activities as we scale
- Develop innovative ways to find and recruit talent
- Oversee testing policy and process
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews and onboarding.
- Organize team outings to help drive a positive culture and ensure all team members get to know each other
- Assist People Operations Manager in areas of HR
- Entering data in our HRIS system including new hire information
- Support eNPS survey reporting and analysis
- Execute company and team events
- Maintain our growing office space
- Manage visitors and employee access
- Order supplies
- Manage and maintain employee swag & weekly team lunches
- Assist HR team with internal communications (via Slack, Confluence, Google Slides and email), onboarding and meeting organization.
- Support HR projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written communications
- Experience with Google Suite (especially Slides and Sheets), Linkedin, and HRIS/ATS software
- Must be able to lift and carry 25+ lbs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- 1 year experience (internships included) working in a fast paced environment
