The role requires working closely with our Finance, Customer Success, Launch, and Advisement teams as we work toward more automated approaches to our processes.

- Review reimbursement claim submissions for monthly reports
- Provide support regarding medical reimbursements as well as other programs reimbursable by the client
- Communicate with members and administrators regarding claims and additional documentation and substantiation
- Making payments toward plan premiums on behalf of members typically through online or over-the-phone systems
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization
- Learn, embrace and utilize technology solutions and provide improvement feedback
- Perform special projects at management's request
Experience and skills
- Payroll processing experience with providers like ADP and Paychex
- High level of detail, organization, accuracy, and efficiency
- Accounting skills or understanding of formula-based calculations
- 1-2 years experience with data management or entry
- Tool experience with: Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel), Google Gsuite products (Sheets, Docs), Quickbooks or similar accounting software, Salesforce or similar CRM
- Helpful if has experience with Christian employers, churches, or nonprofits
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience
- Health & Life License preferred
