Intelligent Automation Developer | About You
As an Intelligent Automation Developer, you are responsible for serving as an expert in the technical automation tooling, design, and development lifecycle within the newly established Center of Excellence (CoE). Your role involves enabling upskilling and education for teammates, clients, and internal partners as the CoE grows, emphasizing the standardization and adoption of a digital workforce. Operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology, you'll be hands-on, turning vision into reality and playing a pivotal role in propelling our client to a leading position in digital transformation.
Intelligent Automation Developer | Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, design solutions for operational excellence in healthcare delivery, and evaluate toolsets for the best fit in intelligent automation.
- Design and deploy RPA/RDA/IPA automation bots using platforms like Blue Prism and UiPath.
- Leverage expertise in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks and work with cloud platforms (Azure and GCP).
- Process, analyze, and manipulate complex data sets.
- Create connectors and integrate Power Automate with various services, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Common Data Service.
- Design efficient automation solutions using process mining software.
- Implement security best practices for secure and compliant automated processes and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in intelligent automation.
Intelligent Automation Developer | Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience focused on full-lifecycle development of automation solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and integration with other automation and data infrastructures & architectures.
- Blue Prism and MS Power Platform Certifications are highly desired.
- Foundational understanding of Power Platforms, including Power Automation.
- Working knowledge of healthcare provider operations and the regulatory & audit environment.
- Proven track record of working across a solution or product lifecycle, solving complex problems, and familiarity with models and frameworks such as SDLC, CI/CD, Agile Scrum, and SAFe.
- In-depth knowledge of automation tools and technologies, adept at balancing practical deployment with innovative possibilities.
- Exposure to Cerner solutions, Kronos, healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare workflows is a bonus!
