Lauth Investigations operates nationwide in the USA under three divisions: Heir Search, Return Assets and Investigations. Our social media focus is to provide educational, informative and awareness content to greatly enhance a viewers knowledge of our business. The position is part time approx 20 hours per week and will slowly increase. Must be located in or near Indianapolis
The ideal candidate is a highly creative, flexible, quick learner who understands how to grow organic and paid social traction across social media channels, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, to drive engagement with customers, prospects, industry influencers, media reporters and partners.What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and execute strategic social campaigns to grow engagement within target customer markets, with influencers and HR directors, Corporate officers and Families of the missing.
- Lead and generate successful campaigns over a 30 day period in Linkedin and FB
- Responsible for creating original content (copy, images, video, etc), managing posts and engaging with LII's audience and followers
- Actively monitor all social media channels for mentions, news events and trends connected with digital publishing and the ad tech industry relevant to LII and our customers & clients.
- Ensure that all LII's social media content is aligned with our core messages, values, and voice.
- Identify opportunities to grow the company’s SM presence.
- Manage and promote all established and incoming GoFundMe accounts across all SM outlets.
- Track audience growth and engagement, web traffic, conversion, customer engagement, and leads
- Assist with emailing campaigns to support business development activities
A successful Social Media Coordinator has:
- A passionate user of social media with a proven ability to gain followers and build brand awareness on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent messaging and storytelling skills and ability to align creative strategy with overall business objectives
- Ability to create reels and short videos and design images
- Thorough understanding of the social media landscape, including channels, best practices, trends, audience segmentation and targeting, and analytics
- Strong ability to build relationships with team members at all levels, along with effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- A self-starter that will take the initiative to find new projects and continue to hone your skills
- Exceptional project management and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
Skills:
- Targeted promotions experience within FB, FB Messenger (required)
- Strong data analysis (required)
- Experience with Hootsuite (preferred)
- Experience with SendInBlue (a plus)
- Google Analytics experience
- Graphic design and short video production
