Configuration Manager (Wrike) | About You
As a Configuration Manager (Wrike), you are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Wrike project management software within our client’s organization. You are an expert in Wrike with a strong background in project management and software configuration. You have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Configuration Manager (Wrike) | Day-to-Day
- Lead the setup and configuration of Wrike for the client, tailoring the platform to meet their specific project management needs and ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize workflows, dashboards, and reports in Wrike to align with business processes and objectives.
- Manage the integration of Wrike with other tools and systems used by the client, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Regularly monitor the system for issues, perform troubleshooting, and apply updates or patches as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides to support the client's continued use and understanding of Wrike.
Configuration Manager (Wrike) | Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of professional IT experience with 3+ years focused on project management software implementation and configuration using Wrike.
- Proficient in Wrike setup, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with software integration and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with clients.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) and Wrike are a bonus!
