Learn more about who we are here!Remodel Health is looking for a proactive, positive, self-starter and a team player with a drive to retain and grow revenue with our strategic broker partners.
Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning strategies with an assigned group of clients and brokerages. By understanding their needs and collaborating with CFOs, HR Directors, and CEOs to continue improving their partnership with Remodel Health, you will renew and expand existing revenue for the company. This role will support multiple brokerage agencies and their corresponding client accounts, with approximate annual revenue of $2M+.Responsibilities:
- Create trusting relationships with assigned brokerage partners that lead to future referrals
- Work in partnership with our sales division to set expectations and the timeline for onboarding an organization
- Responsible to plan and organize the annual renewal process for assigned organizations
- Subject matter expert in all areas (MEC, HRA, HSA, ICHRA, Medi-share)
- Monitor and provide consultation for compliance measures of assigned organizations
- Expectation to build relationships and customer loyalty that lead to referral
- Responsible to evaluate and restrategize our custom solution each year with the client and identify new product solutions to meet identified needs (ancillaries, insurance changes, HSA/HRA)
- Provide ongoing training, support, and education for the HR Director, CFO, and executive stakeholders
- Responsible to provide monthly updates on each account to Director
- Quarterly onsite meetings with assigned organizations built around an annual retention calendar
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing clients with greater than $10,000 in annual revenue
- Professional experience in health insurance or health-tech preferred
- Managing customer retention efforts preferred
- Experience working with brokerage agencies preferred
- Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Finance, and HR executives
- Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health and Life Producer License
