Learn more about who we are here!We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Advisement team! As a Benefits Advisor, you will play an integral role on-boarding and enrolling both new and existing Remodel Health members.
For new members, you are the gateway to an individual's experience with Remodel Health. For all employees, you are the primary subject matter expert in health benefits and the management of them. You are also key in helping members understand what benefits are available to them, how Remodel Health fits into their benefits, and how their benefits actually work.
Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable working in multiple technology platforms
- Strong ability to manage time effectively
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to work beyond 40 hours per week in Q4
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Must have, or be able to obtain, health insurance license
- Flexible to adapt to constantly changing environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into a benefit subject matter expert
- Strong collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Apply and enroll individuals into insurance plans and programs
- Abiding by insurance standards and HIPAA regulations
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Maintain electronic records
- Work as an advocate for the employee and employer
- Participate in new customer hand-offs from launch
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Able to travel to various domestic locations (infrequent)
