What is the role?
You will work at the intersection of business and technology in a key data analytics role, helping to create, maintain, and utilize strong data foundations for market and product analysis. As a member of the Corporate & Business Development team, you will enhance IntraFi’s strategic data analysis capabilities and collaborate regularly with other business analysts, data engineers, and customer-facing teams in support of business intelligence initiatives and process improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Examining and validating internal and external data for consistency and accuracy to maximize confidence in business and market intelligence.
- Facilitating and supporting cross-functional discussions to design solutions to data integrity and data analysis needs.
- Supporting the implementation and expanded use of data analysis and data governance tools from a business user’s perspective.
- Analyzing both proprietary and publicly available datasets on the banking industry using quantitative methods and models to understand market penetration and identify business growth opportunities.
- Compiling and presenting findings to key stakeholders to introduce and/or support business improvement projects and initiatives.
- Providing subject matter expertise and support in resolving data inquiries from internal staff.
You should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business and mathematics, or related field(s)
- Two years’ minimum professional experience with data analysis in finance or with a fintech company
- Experience with AWS data science tools (e.g., S3, Athena, QuickSight) is a plus
