Business Development Representative


who will act as part of our Sales team to bring in new business. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance within our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day and successfully advance through a structured training program. Responsibilities


  • Fuel our growth by reaching out to potential new customers via outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up and qualification. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, team collaboration skills, and leadership potential.
  • Show a desire for professional growth and a willingness to learn
  • Meet or exceed team and individual goals and quotas
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss department objectives

Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field
  • Finance/Accounting specialty or focus is preferred

Leases will move from the footnotes of financial reports to being line items on the balance sheet. The deadline for these new lease accounting standards is 2019. That means companies need to get started now!
