As a
Professional Services Lead, you will be an integral part of the team that develops and implements LeaseAcceleratorsolutions supporting our growing business. As a focused Professional Services Lead within the LeaseController team, you will play a critical role in supporting requirements gatherings, project management, coordinating with developers and other client and business stakeholders, and be the face to the client while adhering to LeaseAccelerator’svalues.Responsibilities:
Assist our team with execution of client engagements from not only a technical perspective but also from engagement management perspective.
Become a subject matter expert in various LeaseAccelerator offerings.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, including project scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Ensure successful onboarding of clients onto the lease lifecycle SaaS solutions, meeting project timelines and exceeding client expectations.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for professional services-related matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, client success, and finance, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lease management and SaaS solutions.
Produce and manage relevant reporting and dashboards to communicate the progress to multiple areas and levels within team and the client.
Drive business insights for leadership, leveraging data, and analysis from firm systems while identifying trends, patterns, and focus areas.
Assist with driving the vision, roadmap, and requirements for LeaseAccelerator offerings.
Define, draft, and validate business and functional requirements and related acceptance criteria.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions are defect-free and achieve design requirements.
Provide advanced technical or business support for issues, as escalated by the LeaseController team.
Assist with the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of data quality.
Assist with presentations of LeaseController to promote usage and understanding of capabilities.
Assist with development of training, communications, best practices and FAQs.
Coordinate and contribute to team projects to promote a growth culture.
RequiredQualifications:
4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and project management in software-based solutions.
3+ years ofproficiency in SQL(read and write SQL queries).
Experience supporting professional services around a SaaS solution.
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Preferred:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Incident Management/AGILE applications.
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
