Medlogix, LLC delivers innovative medical claims solutions through a seamless collaboration of our Medlogix® technology, our highly skilled staff, access to our premier health care provider networks, and our commitment to keeping our clients’ needs as our top priority. Application Support AnalystResponsibilities:· Ensure that the proprietary MS-SQL based enterprise business solution developed by Medlogix is supported to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency· Monitoro Logs for alerts, errors and aging workflows that require analysis and resolutiono Automated processes including data imports and exportso User incident reports for prioritization and resolution· Troubleshooto Issues from logs and user incident reportso Define, develop, and provide application problem analysis and resolution services for complex application problems in conjunction with the userso Provide suggestions for system and business improvements· Configureo Collaborate with PMO and business leads to manage application configuration based on the evolving needs of clientso Manage new client configurations via interfaces and scripting as requiredo Manage existing interfaces and design new application support interfaceso Import new data sets based on subscriptions with external partners/vendors· Documento Workflows and produce process flow diagrams to aid future troubleshooting and developmento Support procedures and knowledgebase to aid future troubleshooting and developmentSkills· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team· Excellent customer service skills· T-SQL skills· Office 365 skills including SharePoint and Visio· Excellent written and spoken English· Ability to read and understand C#, JavaScript and/or PowerShell preferred· Understanding of change and release management preferredQualifications· Ability to solve complex technical problems· Knowledge of T-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting· Ability to collaborate within a team environment and discuss issues and solutions· Ability to identify data patterns or issues and problem solve with developers· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Education & Experience· Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience or certifications.· 2+ Years Application Support experience· Experience analyzing data with SQL.· Experience working with C#, or similar OOP language, JavaScript preferred but not required· Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Service Now preferred
