Evoke is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team! 

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to identify and define software solution processes, scope, and objectives (people, process, and technology)
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define software development scope, status, and timelines
  • Monitor, prioritize, and track software enhancement requests and statuses.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate cross-functional meetings with business stakeholders and IT staff 
  • Capture and archive meeting/discussion notes, communication action items, and follow-up for completion.
  • Support Project Team with status reporting, scheduling, action item tracking, etc.

Professional Experience and Skills:


  • Business analyst with experience in facilitating CRM related tools. 
  • Rational and JIRA experience. 
  • Microsoft suite including Access
  • Analyst functions may include data collection, stakeholder management, interviews and surveys, data and business process modeling, requirements documentation and management, application testing and project performance and risk management. 
  • Develop new models that underpin sound business decisions. 
  • Recognize the streamlining and improving of internal and external reporting combined with understanding of key performance indicators.

Education and Years 


of Experience:


  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience

Security Clearance


  • Applicants selected must be eligible to work in the United States, be subject to a background check, and meet eligibility requirements to receive access to sensitive information.
