About Our Search
Our Baltimore and DC Metro offices are looking for strong Designers to join the Healthcare Market Sector. Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will manage, organize and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute architectural projects.
About The Position
- Assist in the development design concepts, narratives, 3D renderings, virtual reality presentations, etc. as needed to effectively convey design intent to clients
- Participate in design-focused visioning sessions and presentations to clients, community groups, jurisdictional groups, architectural review boards, etc.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, landscape architects, lighting designers and other consultant team members to facilitate successful integration of their design efforts with ours
- Develop schematic design drawings for Healthcare projects
About You
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required
- Actively pursuing or has achieved professional accreditation and licensure
- 0-3 years of experience in the architectural field
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with Healthcare projects a plus
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion or Enscape
