Your Role

Promoting the use of our innovative suite of products, you will work with an established network of banks to meet their funding needs, and you will cultivate and grow network membership with prospective banks. 

Your Responsibilities 


  • Making sales calls and prospecting calls to nonmember accounts by creatively engaging bank decision makers
  • Fostering relationships with current network members, both active and dormant
  • Identifying solutions to client problems and offering a range of value-added alternatives, including holding strategy discussions and bank-level trainings
  • Coordinating and communicating bank interactions with respective field Managing Director and Treasury Desk Manager 
  • Maintaining and updating Salesforce on activities and bank interactions
  • Ensuring other team members are working in unison to provide customer support by maintaining open and timely communication across the organization
  • Enhancing knowledge on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings
  • Determining ways of doing things more effectively and efficiently (i.e., sees the big picture)
  • Utilizing “Socratic” selling methods
  • Providing valuable wholesale funding leads as they materialize to Treasury Desk management

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications


  • One to three years of experience in a sales or banking role
  • Basic understanding of the banking industry - prior knowledge of funding markets and balance-sheet-management strategies a plus
  • Self-starter mentality with the aptitude to quickly learn new products and services
  • Ambitious desire to drive new business, cultivate relationships, and think creatively
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment
  • History of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in a virtual role
  • Proven track record of building and fostering both new and existing relationships, as well as managing a large territory
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, such as SalesForce
