Annual Compensation Range (Base + Commission):$80,000 - $110,000
This leadership position is an on-site role overseeing the daily performance management & mentorship of our Luxury Division Sales Representatives
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, competitive, sales-minded, collaborative, performance-driven individual to join our management team at Stauer, a luxury goods company with more than 20 years of experience and over 3 million clients. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing & mentoring the performance of a team of approximately 20-25 sales professionals. In coordination with our Chief Talent Officer, VP of Sales, and Director of Training, this individual will join an experienced management team to drive overall sales revenue and sales rep retention though consistent & collaborative management practices and established sales techniques & systems.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years in a product-based sales management role, including supervision/management of high-performance sales teams
- Proven history of achieving & advancing goals in a sales-driven environment
- Servant leadership style
- Clear, responsive, and consistent communicator
- Experience in performance management reporting and delivery (one-on-one’s, bi-annual appraisals, etc.) and performance statistics review/analysis
- Excellent ability to build genuine rapport with sales teams/employees
- Knowledge of sales philosophies and approaches, including presentations, overcoming objections and closing strategies
- Self-motivated
- Working knowledge and love of jewelry, watches, and collectibles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams)
- Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems or applications while interacting with customers
