About the Role
The Field Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing individual and regional marketing campaigns for European Wax Center (EWC), driving center growth through guest acquisition and retention.
A Day in the Life
- In partnership with regional support teams and the franchisee, develop individual and local marketing campaigns based on determined objectives inclusive of localized promotions, ground marketing efforts, events, etc.
- Educate and develop, in partnership with the regional support teams, the objectives and KPIs marketing can support for local and regional campaigns.
- When needed, act as a liaison between EWC franchisees and agency partners to develop and execute local marketing plans.
- Nurture and build relationships with the franchisees to foster brand-building opportunities across the EWC franchise network.
- Review and share monthly performance reports on all campaigns with action steps being a priority.
- Provide data driven recommendations for performance, new strategies to drive guest acquisition, ROI, retention, and referrals at the local level in partnership with the Director of Local Performance Marketing, and agency partners.
- Keep up to date on relevant topics and recognize trends and opportunities to drive revenue/growth.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing/advertising.
- Franchise Business Experience.
