PMO Implementation QA Technician (Mobile)
Job Title: Project Management QA TechnicianJob Summary:As a Project Management QA Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and success of our projects by implementing robust quality assurance practices. You will work closely with project managers and teams to verify that project deliverables meet established standards, perform testing, and facilitate process improvement to achieve project goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive quality checks on project deliverables to ensure they align with defined standards and requirements.
Document any discrepancies or non-conformities.2. Testing and Validation: Conduct systematic testing on project components, software, or systems to verify functionality, performance, and reliability. Document test plans, cases, and results.3. Issue Identification: Monitor project processes and outputs to identify defects, issues, or deviations from quality standards. Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve identified problems promptly.4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with project managers to assess project workflows and processes.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.5. Documentation Management: Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance procedures, including test documentation and quality records. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.6. Communication: Collaborate closely with project management teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Participate in project meetings to provide insights on QA findings and ensure alignment with quality objectives.7.
Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to project team members on QA best practices, testing methodologies, and quality standards. Ensure team members understand their roles in maintaining project quality.8. Reporting: Generate regular QA reports and metrics to measure project quality, identify trends, and monitor progress. Present findings to project managers and stakeholders, offering recommendations for improvement.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.• Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or a related role.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.• Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools.• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.Preferred Qualifications:• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or similar.• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
