How You Will Make an Impact


  • Ecommerce Manager will achieve the annual revenue goal for Antinol.com. 
  • Focus on optimizing new customer acquisition while ensuring that we reduce the churn of existing customers.
  • Ecommerce Manager will own the Antinolplus.com shopping experience along with managing product listings, promotions and researching levers to drive growth via conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a merchandising calendar for the site.
  • Ecommerce Manager will provide monthly forecast to Operations based on the expected lift of the merchandising calendar and acquisition campaigns.
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing Brand Manager and Digital Team on all digital marketing efforts: website marketing, email, SMS, Paid Media and owned social to develop, optimize and scale efforts.
  • Ecommerce Manager will work closely with the agency on the technical and content SEO of the site and ensuring continued growth in our visibility and ranking of the target keywords.
  • Focus on user experience to understand consumer’s journey through the site and optimize conversion.

What You Bring to the Table


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • 2 years’ experience managing a Shopify site required.
  • Experience with integrated email and SMS marketing platforms. Knowledge of Dotdigital is a plus.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics to provide insights into website traffic, user behavior and other metrics to analyze business performance and inform paid media optimizations.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS. 
  • Experience in the following platforms is a plus:  Yotpo, SEM Rush, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
  • Management experience. Has managed teams, vendors, budgets, and cross functional partners.
