Evoke is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- The PM shall be responsible for the performance of all work performed under the task order and shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations. The PM or alternate shall be available on-site at the customer HQ during core business hours (M-F, 6am-6pm). The PM or alternate shall be on-call outside core business hours to provide 24x7x365 support (i.e., twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year) for service outages or degradation.
- Manages the entire program, is the overall personnel manager for all staff.
- Serving as the Contractor’s primary point of contact (POC), and this individual is responsible for the overall performance of the contract.
- Planning the entire program across scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, etc., and monitoring the on-going execution of these areas.
- Ensuring that contract requirements, deliverables and service levels are met.
- Keeping the CORs and technical designees updated on all aspects of the contract and making them aware of any contract issues in a timely manner.
- Implementation of the QCP outlined in PWS
- PMP implementation duties, to include, at a minimum:
- Communications Plan generation and management.
- Risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Work Breakdown Structure management and maintenance.
- Maintaining a positive work environment where ingenuity and resourcefulness foster and team spirit can develop.
- Coordinating and collaborating operational activities with all IT teams (e.g., Engineering, Tailored Platforms, Security, etc.).
- Communicating all incidents (e.g., outages, degradations, etc.) to IT management.
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technical infrastructure programs from initiation to completion, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of complex technical infrastructure, including but not limited to networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud technologies. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams.
- Experience developing and executing strategic plans to ensure the alignment of technical programs with organizational goals and objectives.
- Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with technical programs. Adept at implementing risk management strategies to ensure project success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services within budget and timeline constraints.
- Proven experience in budget management, including developing and monitoring program budgets, forecasting expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Experience fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that technical infrastructure programs meet or exceed industry standards and comply with organizational policies and guidelines.
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 10+ years of experience in Program Management OR Master’s Degree in related field with 7+ years of experience in Program Management
- PMP certification required, PgMP certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience supporting federal government customers
- 8+ years of experience managing large technical infrastructure programs
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in infrastructure management
