About the Role:


The VP, Marketing role will lead all aspects of our marketing team with a growth marketing mindset. This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with our internal teams and customers to assist in maximizing our potential, aligning our Values with our marketing strategies.

Essential Job Responsibilities:


Revenue Growth: 

  • Building and managing an acquisition marketing function.
  • Optimizing inbound marketing efforts and conversion rates.
  • Develop marketing strategies to boost client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement marketing programs to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales to target and secure larger clients, demonstrating a hands-on approach to driving business results.
  • Work closely with Partner Team to drive strategies for revenue expansion.

Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute the company's brand strategy its programs and affiliates to align with organizational goals and values
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that brand messaging and positioning are integrated into all marketing and communications assets.
  • Drive brand development, including identity, tone of voice, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business initiatives. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. 
  • Provide strategic guidance to team members and facilitate professional development. 

Innovation and Creativity: 

  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking and the development of cutting-edge marketing initiatives. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market. 

Metrics and Analysis: 

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs. 
  • Analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and continually optimize marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience. 
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing related roles
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • SAAS marketing leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing environment. 
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles in fast-growing industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to be hands-on when needed. 
  • Passionate about marketing and staying ahead of industry trends. 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA is a plus.

  • Less than 25%
