FM Talent is currently seeking an Information Management Analyst to support the Office of Head Start (OHS). This position is contingent upon contract award.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Aggregate, analyze and present data from multiple sources
- Data entry and data management
- Technical administration
- Support processing action tasks
- Quality control and monitoring
- Develop reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Produce written products such as memoranda, presentations, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to task activities from an accredited university or college.
- At least 3 years of relevant post-baccalaureate professional experience directly related to the task activities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of web-based and commercial off-the-shelf data management software packages.
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate, analyze and present data gathered from multiple sources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), must have advanced skills in Excel such as vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Ability to develop reports, correspondence and presentations, MS Word documents, and Power Point presentations.
- Knowledge of Head Start programs highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and produce high quality written products such as memoranda, presentations, and correspondence.
- Work well with non-technical team members.
