Job purpose


This position reports to and works closely with the Manager Transitional Servicesassistingwith creating, reviewing and analysis of reports and tracking spreadsheets, working on Coronis Health new technology projects and other confidential administrative related functions. 

Duties and responsibilities


  • Support with administrative responsibilities
  • Assist in creating management tracking spreadsheets
  • Process and track all incoming new client transitional information
  • Meet ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Engage in critical analysis of data with focus on pro-active actions and issue resolution
  • Ability to identify and respond to trends in data
  • Prepare materials for meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings

  • Communication with medical providers, business management personnel, etc.
  • Track agenda assigned tasks
  • Assist in maintaining client portal (F1rst Client)
  • Assist Manager with coordination of technology projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Commitment to deadlines
  • Analytically oriented and able to communicate findings both verbally and in writing
  • Strong research skills and follow through
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and reliable
  • High-level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic

  • Maintain high-level of confidentiality
  • Must type 40 WPM
  • 2 year work experience preferred but not mandatory if the applicant possesses the abilities outlined

Physical Requirements


Physical ability to sit, talk, hear for extended periods throughout the work day; stand, walk, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on a regular to seldom basis.  Repetitive hand motions on a frequent basis including fingering, grasping and handling.  Ability to read handwritten and typed documents on paper and/or on computer screens.   The physical requirements above are representative of the physical capabilities that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.
