Purpose 


Seerist is looking for a motivated, experienced, high-velocity Account Executive to join our  Commercial sales team to help us grow. The successful candidate will strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices. The successful candidate will have quota-carrying sales experience within a subscription / SaaS sales environment, leveraging analysis, risk, or business intelligence products. 

Role and responsibilities:


  • Build your pipeline within your target market by understanding our product-market fit and our ideal customer profile
  • Conduct high-velocity prospecting remotely as well as in-person at networking and industry events to generate a pipeline sufficient for quota coverage
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through true understanding of, and passion for, solving client problems. Be an expert in the application of Seerist data, analysis and technology for the benefit of your prospects – add value through your credible appreciation of their need
  • Support your clients as their partner, navigating complex enterprise-level organizations, and helping them to build the business case for Seerist
  • Demonstrate your expertise through your delivery of powerful product demonstrations.
  • Work collaboratively with our Technical Solutions team to provide best-in-class customer experience during any trials/pilots.
  • Lead the commercial and contractual negotiations to win and bring on board new customers.
  • Ensure the best client experience for onboarding through our Client Success Management teams. 
  • Work well in teams with our partners at Control Risks’ where Seerist sales opportunities also involve the delivery of Control Risks’ consulting services. 
  • Provide insightful and actionable client feedback to drive product innovation and represent the voice of our customers. 
  • Consistently and diligently maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and sales activity data within client management systems. 
  • Work with the marketing team to implement initiatives aimed at promoting our services.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience at prospecting to net new clients and generating qualified pipeline in line with Ideal Customer Profile
  • 3+ years of quota attainment in a new sales role
  • Experience in selling business intelligence data and analysis/insight to an analytical buyer
  • Strength in managing a high volume of enterprise-level sales opportunities
  • Ability to work with partners in a team selling environment
  • Proven ability to understand and apply sales methodologies – MEDDICC specifically
  • Significant experience selling into and maintaining strong relationships at a senior level within Fortune 500 companies
  • Genuine customer empathy 
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely, articulately, and appropriately. 
  • Passionate about technology, the changing world and current affairs 

Desired Requirements: 


  • Experience using Hubspot, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong 
  • Understanding of travel, security and political risk, threat-monitoring, or threat intelligence services, and/or selling to corporate security departments 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally. 
  • Ability to meet internal/external deadlines. 
  • Ability to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative. 
  • Ability to present and negotiate with senior-level management 
  • Capable of taking on broader responsibilities in the future 
  • Able to organize self and others, including effective prioritization. 
  • Clearly communicate expectations and accountabilities
