**Job Description:**
The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. This includes tasks such as shampooing rugs, cleaning carpets, scrubbing and polishing tiles, and buffing floors to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. The Floor Technician works independently or as part of a team, utilizing specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to achieve optimal results.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Carpet and Rug Cleaning:** - Shampoo and clean rugs and carpets using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment. - Remove stains, dirt, and debris from carpets and rugs. - Ensure carpets and rugs are dried properly to prevent mold and mildew growth.2.
