About the Role
The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for the entire application lifecycle for all corporate enterprise applications, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance of Enterprise applications. Performs complex strategic and detailed technical work necessary to support the needs of business and organizational requirements.A Day in the Life
- Management of key Enterprise application deliverables, including application changes, new application onboarding, and vetting of requirements for new applications.
- Lead the development of Enterprise application implementation or changes, including business stakeholder management and input.
- Collect and present application audit artifacts per the prescribed IT policies.
- Ensure all Enterprise applications conform to security standards set by the organization.
- Lead and manage the OCM (Organizational Change Management) for any new or changed applications, including timely communications to business stakeholders.
- Define and document Enterprise Application Architecture standards.
- Design the interface between multiple applications, databases, and middleware systems.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure technology implementations follow the policies and procedures defined by this role.
- Identify operational limitations and gaps in functional coverage.
- Ensure proper documentation of software design and developing processes in order to produce appropriate procedures for application use.
- Develop RFI’s and RFP’s to vet new vendor solutions as requested by the business or IT.
- Acquire budget and stay within budget on proposed Enterprise Application solutions.
- Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to identify and acquire necessary resources of platforms and security for application implementations.
- Facilitate strategic sessions up to an executive level.
- Support primary NetSuite Administrator/Developer as secondary coverage.
- Manage ticket queue for Corporate applications.
- Management of vendor relationships.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- SuiteFoundation Certification: Administrator and ERP Consultant.
- Minimum ten years of professional information technology experience, including seven+ years of architecting enterprise applications and three+ years of architecting Systems of Engagement.
- A working knowledge of Netsuite administration is required.
- Strong knowledge of multiple operating systems in the Microsoft technology realm.
- Ability to maintain an application technology roadmap that helps forecast the future state of the technical stack based on industry and technology trends, projected growth and the evolution of applications.
- Strong knowledge of O365 environment including Azure, Azure AD, Sharepoint, Office, One Drive, and Teams.
- Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization, to continuously converge our enterprise landscape towards a smaller, well-defined set of technologies that improve business agility and drive down IT operating costs.
- Excellent knowledge of writing policies and procedures along with their governance.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
