We are seeking a full-time Treasury Manager based in central Ohio who will support the day-to-day activities within the Finance and Treasury functions in order to meet the financial obligations of the organization. As Capsa’s Treasury Manager, your contributions to the team will include:
- Ensuring proper liquidity in Capsa’s U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Dutch operations.
- Managing both short and long-term cash forecasting as well as maintaining cash flow reporting.
- Managing and maintaining banking relationships (Treasury Service Provider and Credit Provider).
- Managing and understanding all credit agreements.
- Managing cash-on-hand (short-term investments of cash) and daily cash reporting (bank balances).
- Managing Capsa’s Credit & Collections team partnering with the CFO and the A/R Supervisor to improve Operating Cash Flow via collections, credit and terms management.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of Capsa’s processes to ensure proper risk management of cash / payments.
- Maintaining debt and investment records, including inter-company loans/investments.
- Measuring foreign exchange risk as well as executing foreign exchange hedging instruments, as necessary.
What we ask of you:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in related finance and/or treasury field.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance.
- Prior experience leading and managing a credit and collections team.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a positive attitude.
- Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders as part of various initiatives.
