Job Description:
The Director of Client Success will oversee the Account Management and their day-to-day activities as they relate to the revenue cycle activities and performance for our client practices to ensure a successful client experience. Directors of Client Success will focus on establishing and maintaining successful client relationships that focus on KPI’s, acting as an escalation path for practices and Account Managers. Additional focus will be on supervising a multidisciplinary team of people, identifying, and analyzing trends, and developing detailed plans of action to resolve problematic client issues.
Monitor client health scores by evaluating financial trends month over month. Periodic calls to check in on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.· Identifying areas of improvements to documentation, workflow, and revenue cycle management process by taking initiative and utilizing effective problem-solving skills· Facilitate client transition from implementation to client success team· Supervise a multidisciplinary team of people responsible for all aspects of revenue cycle management including but not limited to charge entry, rejections management, payment posting, denial management, AR follow up, and appeal processes.· Provides training, problem-solving, solution management, and daily monitoring and communication with the Account Managers.· Analyze trends to isolate problematic billing issues requiring improvement· Oversee, coach, and develop Account Managers· Review and assess quality trends of staff performance· Identify and implement continued education for Account Managers· Manage and conduct staffing reviews and manage staff time and attendance· Present reports to the leadership team, if requested· Manage and oversee practice key performance indicators (KPIs)· Communicate client’s RCM health on a regular basis· Performs additional projects and job duties as assigned· Adheres to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook· Understands and complies with all HIPAA rules and regulations
Requirements/Qualifications
1. Blended 4-6 years of experience in high volume billing and collections, and customer service in the substance abuse and mental health industry2. AS degree or equivalent3. Experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions4. Proven leadership capabilities5. Proven track record with KPI development and implementation6. Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding, front office procedures and revenue cycle management7. Strong understanding of various insurance carriers8. Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills9.
Excellent presentation skills10. Professional demeanor required11. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities12. Proficiency using Microsoft Office products
