Summary of Role


If you have technical expertise in Salesforce coupled with a passion for unlocking value through enhanced data integrity, workflow automation and analytics, then read on!We seek a Commercial Excellence Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading a data-driven transformation to promote the effectiveness of commercial operations across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for successful adoption and continuous improvement of the SFDC platform, while deploying associated data governance processes and tools to sustain scalable growth of FloWorks.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities


  • Provision new SFDC users, manage licenses and deliver onboarding training
  • Provide end-user support to resolve SFDC system issues
  • Liaise with external partners on SFDC maintenance and deployment of new functionalities
  • Contribute to shaping of long-term data and CRM strategic planning to align with future requirements and growth
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues
  • Manage master data entities, hierarchies, and relationships
  • Collaborate across business units on development of standardized reports and dashboards
  • Other duties as assigned by the Strategic Growth Director in support of the business.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, commerce, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and driving commercial excellence initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including familiarity with SFDC Revenue Cloud
  • High degree of comfort with Microsoft PowerBI or similar data analytics and visualization tools
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • Certified Sales professionals (CSP), Certified Sales and Marketing professional (CSMP), or other industry - specific credentials may be beneficial
