Objective and Essential Duties:
Provide various services such as wheelchair Service. Exhibiting exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ensure the safety of property and people
- Provide wheelchair services ensuring that all security procedures are met.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor.
- Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed.
- Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Education:
- High school diploma or GED
Requirements:
- Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation.
- Must be able to speak English, Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Amharic.
- Maintain a relationship with both employees and clients.
- Must be able to handle pressure of working with high volume general public (constantly to occasionally depending on assignment)
- Ability to bend, push, and lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Must be eligible for CBP seal and pass the criminal background check to obtain the airport ID.
- Must be at least 18 years old
Environmental Requirements:
- Works non standard work hours, evenings, weekends, holidays.
