Location:

Hamilton NJ
Work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position includes the following Essential Tasks:


  • Process outgoing IME letters
  • Process outgoing IME Certified letter
  • Create Packets for Mailing
  • Fold letters and stuff envelopes. 
  • Faxing, emailing, or scanning documentation as instructed.
  • Opens incoming mail and processes it accordingly.
  • Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents.
  • Receives, identifies, and delivers incoming packages internally.
  • Send UPS Packages as instructed.
  • Send outgoing mail from Document Mgmt. email box.
  • Monitor shared email boxes and “Return to Sender” workflow.

Position also includes one or more of the following, but is not limited to :


  • Cover Reception desk as needed.
  • Monitor billing the e-mail box and process accordingly.
  • Meter Mail and maintain Meter Machine reports.
  • Print outgoing letters using automate program.
  • Run and Maintain folder Inserter Machine.
  • Receive, log and, process incoming Certified mail.

Required Qualifications:


  • Ability to multi-task *
  • Ability to follow instructions*
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments*
  • Light Data entry. *
  • Organizational skills *
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:


  • Microsoft Office & Outlook, entry-level or higher
