Part-Time Inbound Sales Representative

Position Highlights:

• Location: Must live near our Burnsville, MN location for in-office training.
• Training: Comprehensive 2-week onsite training program.
• Work Flexibility: Enjoy the option to work from home post-training, based on performance.
• Earnings: 1st Year $50,000+ and 2nd Year and Beyond ($100,000+)

Training & Part-Time Schedule: 

• Weeks 1-2: On-site training (10:00am-5:00pm CST, Mondays thru Fridays)
• Weeks 3+: Option to work in-office or work from home (contingent on meeting department key performance indicators (KPI) standards and management approval) In-office dress code is business casual.
• Work Schedule Options: Thursday – Tuesday (work at least 4 out of 5 days, up to 25 hours, must include one weekend day)
• 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Compensation: 

Our

• Weeks 1-4:  Commission + $20.00/hour 
• Weeks 5-8: Commission + $14.00/hour 
• Weeks 9-12: Commission + $11.00/hour 
• Weeks 13+: Commission + $8.00/hour 

Requirements: 

We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of relationship sales and customer service experience, able to commute to our Burnsville, MN office for training. Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key.
