Title: Channel Sales Analyst
Location: USA/Remote Reports to: Senior Vice President of Sales FLSA Classification: Exempt Full-Time: Fulltime * Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise. Position Overview: The Channel Sales Analyst will manage and expand strategic channel partnerships within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include engaging new partners, identifying customer needs, recommending relevant products or services, and cultivating long-term relationships.
The role also involves providing regular updates on lead generation, facilitating meetings, and traveling to regional meetings to educate and train partners. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the strategic channel partners within the assigned territory
- Engage new channel partners and support their ability to drive new leads to the Company.
- Independently identify, through our channel partner, potential customer needs and provide appropriate analysis to recommend relevant Company products or services.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with McKesson team members and their clientele to qualify leads that would be good clients for company.
- Facilitate meetings or calls between McKesson team members, prospective customers, and Company sales executives.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on customer analysis and lead generation results.
- Travel to regional meetings with channel partners to further educate, train, and activate new leads.
- Other duties as assigned to meet Company objectives and goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with some in-person experience preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Strong desire and potential for advancement within a sales organization.
- Travel to various events and engage in market activities (30-40% required).
- High School Diploma
