What is the role?
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our Marketing team. You will leverage strong administrative skills to help deliver critical marketing initiatives on time and within budget for the marketing team. Your will help to establish and maintain creative, scalable processes that empower our growing team and provide marketing support for various deliverables. We are looking for a detail-oriented, dedicated team player who demonstrates a passion for efficiency and a curiosity for all aspects of marketing and is ready to hit the ground running at a fast-growing company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and coordinating initiatives across the Marketing department, and performing other administrative duties and projects related to the daily operations of the department
- Maintaining and managing our document/content library and brand guideline documentation
- Processing invoices and other tasks to support budget management
- Assisting with compilation and distribution of various sales and marketing reports
- Helping to organize cross-functional meetings
- Tracking, measuring, and analyzing various marketing initiatives and reporting results.
You should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:
- 3+ years general administrative experience, ideally in a marketing environment
- A talent for coordinating across various teams to effectively identify issues, orchestrate activities, and track deliverables
- Ability to leverage project management skills to coordinate team initiatives, taking complex problems or strategies and translating them into action
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with company leaders
- Knowledge of Webflow, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot a plus
- High-energy, positive team player who works well with others
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent education and experience combined (2 years of applicable experience = 1 year of college)
