DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and help drive the development and deployment of mission-critical applications.

San Antonio - Hybrid 50% onsite

Position Overview:
The DevSecOps Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure and tools necessary to support our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, as well as a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and security best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the infrastructure necessary to support our CI/CD pipeline.
- Build and configure new development tools and infrastructure as needed.
- Automate the deployment of infrastructure using Terraform and other infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
- Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment process.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of new code and applications.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for deployment of containerized applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.
- Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and best practices in DevSecOps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or a similar role
- Experience with building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of Terraform, infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD, GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- TS/SCI government clearance required.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
