Greyson is excited to host a pop-up location in beautiful downtown Harbor Springs for the summer season! This is a temporary location open from Memorial Day Weekend through September.
Position Overview:
CommUNITY Retail Specialists are an integral part of our Greyson Pack! This position works directly with our clientele and will be responsible for providing an exemplary client experience focused on personal styling, relationship building, and sharing product knowledge. A genuine passion for the brand and customer service is a must!
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Having fun! A genuine passion for the brand and enthusiasm is a MUST●Welcome customers to the store and build genuine relationships to identify customer needs.● Provide product knowledge to our clients regarding the products and services we offer.● Monitor inventory to ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and merchandised at all times.● Enter and process customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.● Investigate and resolve customer complaints.● Support the operational needs of the business.● High level of dependability and punctuality-arrive to work on time and sales floor ready.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
