About The Customer Support Representative Position:
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s needs are met via inbound calls. The rep will provide exceptional service to existing customers through service-related transactions, including processing transactions.
What a typical day looks like:
Candidates will be scheduling rides to doctor appointments. Agents will be calling for process resolution and escalation. They will be handling escalations from case managers, case coordinators and member advocates.

- Strong Communicator
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; articulation, grammar, and business writing
- Connect with people, build relationships, and create a strong network
- Have a positive, cheerful outlook and be optimistic
- Have self confidence that instills sureness in knowledge of the plan benefits and limits
- Be able to problem solve by identifying client needs/want/problem
- Proactively look for opportunities for rescheduling, restoring confidence
- Exercise conscious control of the time spent on activities to increase effectiveness, efficiencies
- Be able to effectively communicate to customer by phone and at times via email
- Be a problem solver: identify what is being asked, if there is no solution what can we do later?
- Exercise control of the call
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18
- Must have HS diploma or GED
- Must have your own computer/laptop
- Must be able to pass a speed test for high-speed internet
- Must have an ethernet cord, a high-quality headset with microphone and a quiet workspace
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Comfortable using PC platforms including Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 25 wpm or greater
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently
- Reliable and conscientious
- Good organizational skills and work habits
- Ability to work alone with minimal assistance
- Strong communication skills: verbal, and written communication
- Confidence to ensure the stillness of the plan
