Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who has a demonstrated track record and knowledge of warehouse functions and leadership skills to fill an existing opening. The successful individual must have prior experience working in a warehouse environment where orders must be assembled and prepared for shipment to customers. Resolux provides the opportunity to enter our amazing company culture, based on strong people-oriented values.A qualified candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Supervise daily operations within our warehousing functions. Leading and developing employees in the activities of receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
- Align operations with production planning in close cooperation with the Site Leader.
- Provide input for inventory optimization and ensure efficiency in the warehouse, and where necessary support the investigation of inventory discrepancies.
- Serve as primary contact between warehouse operation and other internal stakeholders by communicating with company personnel to resolve customer problems and expedite customer deliveries when required.
- Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including fulfilling inbound and outbound processes, ensure safety requirements are always followed, and special customer requirements are met when identified.
- Actively participate in the daily tasks in the warehouse, including loading/ unloading trucks, kitting, picking, packing, and preparing shipping with the logistics team.
- Ensure accuracy of the company ERP system, follow processes and work accordingly.
Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
The Warehouse Supervisor must possess a High School diploma and preferably an AA or higher degree, and possess a valid driver’s license and have proof of prior forklift training. The Warehouse Supervisor will preferably possess previous working experience performing the demands associated with warehouse supervision and the daily activities of found in a warehouse environment. This includes walking on hard surfaces, standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50lbs unassisted and repetitive use of hands/manual dexterity. The Warehouse Supervisor should possess the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, organize and prioritize job tasks for a team to aid in satisfying customer requirements.
