We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our aircraft are well-equipped to provide a delightful experience for every passenger. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage catering inventory for assigned flights, including food, beverages, linens, and service ware.
- Coordinate and oversee the loading of catering supplies onto aircraft, ensuring all bins, carts, and individual items are present and properly secured.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Liaise with catering suppliers to place orders for perishable items, including meals, snacks, beverages, and condiments.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely rotation of perishable stock.
- Resolve any discrepancies with catering orders and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory control, or a related field, is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
