Dispatch Coordinator with English (for UK)
SUMMARYThe Dispatcher is responsible for routing the technicians and setting up events for the service andmaintenance of Mood Media provided services. They will take incoming requests from unresolvedClient Satisfaction related issues and assign the tasks to resolve the customer’s issue on site.Dispatchers are responsible for specific service activities, be very detail oriented and able tounderstand and solve problems in a timely manner. A friendly and pleasant manner is necessary.MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 1 - 3 years’ experience in Customer Service English– proficient level Computer literate Strong leadership skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently Ability to identify and constructively make recommendations regarding operationalimprovements A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Strong written and oral communication skillsDispatcher Daily Responsibilities: Coordinate timely service or removal requests ensuring client specific SLAs are met; Receive and input service orders into Oracle Service Cloud and document all on-goingcommunication including job completion notes in Oracle Ensure that Ready to Bill tasks are sent to the Billing team in a timely manner and all Tasksare designated; Takes a proactive approach to anticipating and preventing scheduling conflicts. Provide function support on a daily basis and ongoing support on various projects Performs other related duties as assigned.Communication:1.
Communicate with Supervisor/Manager or Process Manager for any pressing matters2. Work with Technicians and Subcontractors to make sure daily schedules are updated in realtime3. Respond to all requests, messages and emails within 6 business hours and by the end of theday4. Respond to ETA questions within 6 business hours5. Keep a cordial and professional working relationship with technicians and subcontractors
