POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Process Engineer evaluates manufacturing processes and implements plans to optimize performance and process controls. Their objective is to ensure high-quality production, while actively pursuing process innovation and efficiency gains.

Independently develop and optimize manufacturing processes.Define and implement process variables, measurements, and controls.Write and revise process SOPs.Train operators and quality technicians on new and existing processes.Utilize Lean tools to enhance process efficiency and quality.Work closely with Chief Engineers and Product Engineers on new product development.Conduct research to explore innovative manufacturing process capabilities.Manage aspects of process stability and strive to improve First-Pass-Yield.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.3+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field.Proven experience in managing manufacturing processes.Strong skills in process design and improvement.Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and quality control methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
