Job Overview
:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our organization's data architecture to support our strategic initiatives and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide data architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives – client focused.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data models, databases, and data integration solutions – client focused.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define and enforce data standards, policies, and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and quality.
- Lead data governance initiatives and establish data management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements – client focused.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and other team members.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities internally and with client.
- 10% - 20% travel to client site.
- Other duties, as dictated by departmental priorities

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Architect or a similar role in designing and implementing data solutions
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, data modeling techniques, and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing technologies
- Snowflake certified professional (Snowpro core is minimum)
- Informatica/ Airflow / DBT/ Python experience
- Knowledge of CDC tools such as HVR
- Experience in Looker/ Power BI/Qlik/ Tableau
- Data modelling skills and knowledge of Data vault/ Kimball models
- AWS/ Azure stack
- Experience with Kafka/ Mongo/ Postgres
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
