Accounting Generalist

How You Will Make an Impact

• Accounting Generalist will assist in month end and year end closings.
• Enter daily ACH’s into Oracle.
• Accounting Generalist will organize receipts received from cardholder’s credit cards, per month, to reconcile charges on statements.
• Enter credit card statements into Oracle and apply payments.
• Accounting Generalist will create invoices and process payments.
• Participate in reconciliation process - invoicing, matching, etc.
• Accounting Generalist will perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-5 years’ experience in an Accounting or Financial role 
• Experience with Oracle preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields is a plus
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds with assistance
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
• The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit 
• Use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear 
• Analyze, differentiate, perform math calculations, and solve problems
