- Order Fulfillment: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes accurately and efficiently according to established procedures
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Quality Assurance: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will inspect products for damage or defects prior to packaging to ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues
- Equipment Operations: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics coordinators, to achieve department goals
- Process Improvement: Distribution Center Fulfillment Specialist/Operator will identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipping manifests using computerized systems or manual logs

What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
